CareFocus Companion Services is always looking for qualified staff to join our team. Our caregivers undergo a thorough screening process, including extensive interviewing prior to employment as a staff member. Companions receive ongoing training and are supervised and evaluated by management on a regular basis.
CareFocus Companions provide assistance to clients with everyday tasks that encourage independent living. Such services include meal preparation, medication reminders, laundry, light housekeeping, appointment reminders, assistance with errands, and more.
Qualified companions should:
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently
• Demonstrate strong customer service
• Have successful volunteer or work experience in a service organization
• Demonstrate a passion for helping others
